INDUCTION TRAINING:

PASARA ACT 2007 License based training all new recruit complete a induction training which is provided by our well trained trainer the course covers:

• The duties and responsibilities of security officer
• Patrolling
• Access control
• Securities and emergencies system
• Fire awareness and dealing with emergencies
• Health and Safety work
• Communication skills & reporting
• Avoiding conflict reducing risk (Role play scenario)
• Basic etiquette/Body language

SITE SPECIFIC TRAINING:

• Our training officer provide site specific training each and every guard and personnel according to Standard Operating Procedure
• Our security officer and guard well trained by SPAARTA Security guards training center
• SPAARTA course covers fire awareness and dealing with emergencies, Crowd control, Basic etiquette/body language etc.

RECRUITMENT:

The personnel are selected after strict verification from various sectors .this is done through Reference check and also police/personnel verification.
